All our bridal pearl jewellery and accessories including bridal pearl drop earrings are handmade. Each piece can be purchased at the standard size of 17 inches for necklaces and 7½ for bracelets or alternatively you can custom make to suit your specific requirements choosing from our size chart.
HOW TO MEASURE
Place a ribbon or chain around your neck at the desired length that you wish your necklace to be. Measure the length by placing the ribbon or chain on a tape measure. The same applies when measuring for a bracelet. A handy tip would be to measure your favourite necklace or bracelet.
COLOUR GUIDE
All our pearl colours are available to view in our “Made to Order” section along with a pearl size chart. If in doubt, we can also send you colour and size samples of the pearls.
YOUR DRESS
If your dress is ivory, choose the cream pearl. If your dress is white, choose the white pearl. If your dress is a light ivory, than very often the white pearl will sit better with the dress. If in doubt, please contact us for a colour sample.
Delivery
- All delivery within Ireland is charged at €7.50
- Orders will be dispatched within 10 days or sooner if required.
- We must receive payment in full before order can be processed.
- We will send you an email confirming order and receipt of payment.
- Please keep this receipt for your records.
- If you experience a problem with your delivery please contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number for your package. In the event of non-delivery we can only replace or refund item after 20 working days when the post office can confirm package is lost. We cannot be help responsible for late or lost delivery.
Shipping costs
- Exchange or return will be be at customers own cost.
- Parcels dispatched to UK, EU and USA will take approximately 5-10 working days - we can also provide quotations for Fed Ex if you would like the parcel sooner.
- Delivery costs UK and EU €8, USA €12. These prices are dependant on a standard package weight. For larger orders, please contact us for a quotation.
RETURNS
Azure hopes you will be delighted with your jewellery, but if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase you may return or exchange your jewellery within 7 days of receipt. Simply download the Returns Form PDF, complete and send it to us along with your goods within 7 days.
- Items must be returned in a salable condition with the original packaging.
- We will issue a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt.
- Refunds or credits will be made to original payment card once package is received.
- We can only take responsibility for returns which are received at our showroom. For your own protection obtain proof of postage from the post office.
- We do not refund delivery charges, cost of returns postage except where the return is our error.
- We are unable to accept return of earrings or hair accessories in compliance with health and safety regulations.

GUARANTEE
All our jewellery is guaranteed for 6 months. During this time, all jewellery will be repaired free of charge upon presentation of your receipt, which is your guarantee. After this period, there will be a fee for repair.

Repair of earrings; €5.00
This does not affect your statutory rights.
