Delivery
- As all our Jewellery is handmade, production of our pieces will take up to 10 working days - if an item is needed sooner please contact us directly after submitting your order so we can work with you on a timeline
- Orders will be dispatched within 2 working days after completion
- Bespoke/Custom Made Orders will be dispatched within 10 days or sooner if required.
- We must receive payment in full before order can be processed.
- We will send an email confirming order and receipt of payment.
- Please keep this receipt for your records.
If you experience a problem with your delivery please contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number for your package. In the event of a non-delivery (of insured packages only- €7.50), please contact us and we will replace or refund the item after 10 working days. Once we've recieved confirmation from the courrier company that the package cannot be found we will begin the refund/ replacement process. We cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, 2 day delivery is only a guideline from our courrier company and unforeseen delays must be allowed for.
Shipping Costs
- Exchange or return will be at customers own cost.
- Parcels dispatched to the UK, EU and USA will take approximately 10 working days - we can also provide quotations for FedEx if you would like the parcel sooner.
- Delivery costs to the UK and EU are €9 and to the USA €12. These prices are dependent on a standard package weight. For larger orders, please contact us for a quotation.
Returns
Azure hopes that you will be delighted with your jewellery, but for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases you may return or exchange your jewellery within 7 days of receipt. Simply download the Returns Form.pdf, complete and send it to us along with your goods within 7 days.
- Items must be returned in a resalable condition with the original packaging.
- We will issue a full refund or exchange within 28days of receipt.
- Refunds or credits will be made to the original card once package is received.
- We only take responsibility for returns which are received at our showroom. For your own protection please obtain proof of postage from the post office.
- There is no refund on custom made items, credit only.
Each piece of jewellery from Azure has been meticulously handcrafted. We use only the finest of materials in our designs including sterling silver, Swarovski crystals, Swarovski pearls and semi-precious gemstones.
Wearing pearls keeps them lustrous and iridescent as the natural oils from you skin with give them shine. To ensure the lustre of your piece over time, follow these guidelines:
- Do not wear when sleeping.
- Do not spray perfume directly on beads, pearls or metals.
- Avoid contact with water.
- Protect your jewellery in cotton bags or boxes when not in use.
- Clean with a soft damp soaped cloth & dry immediately. Do not use jewellery cleaner or abrasive on pearls.
- Sterling silver will tarnish over time and with use. Clean with a sterling silver jewellery cloth.
- Always put pearls on after your make up.
- Remove pearls before you apply body creams, or bathe.
- Pearl necklaces and bracelets should be restrung periodically.
The standard length for a bracelet is 7.5”. If you would like a custom length please follow these guidelines:
- Measure your wrist with a flexible measuring tape or a strip of paper just below the wrist bone, where you would normally wear the bracelet.
- Decide on how you would like your bracelet to fit and add your wrist size to the appropriate measurement below:
Snug fit add 1/4" to 1/2"
Comfort fit add 3/4" to 1"
Loose fit add 1 1/4"
